Carliss Ann Terral

Carliss Ann Terral, 66, of Caldwell passed away Friday March 8, 2013. A Memorial Service celebrating her life is set for 7 p.m., Thursday March 14, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Caldwell. Arrangements are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.
Carliss was born May 31, 1946 in Mercedes, Texas, to Joe Leroy and Mildred Reynolds.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Terral; daughter, Kelly Grant and husband Tim; sister, Rosemary Martin; and one grandson, Connor Grant.

Ann Terral was a fine person! Many years ago we became friends, as we worked together. Some things seem like they happened only yesterday. I enjoyed Ann’s company and the great compassion she always had for others who were less fortunate. It was one of her most endearing qualities. It made her a better Officer. I will always remember that Ann had this slow grin that would spread to an infectious laugh. My sorrow at her passing cannot be measured. I will hold, dear, the memory of our friendship. My love and condolences to all her family and friends. She is missed.
