Doris Barnett

Doris Barnett, 89, of Bryan, passed away Thursday July 21, 2016. Visitation for friends and family will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday July 26, 2016 at St. Michael’s Chapel at 2402 S. College Ave. in Bryan. Doris will be remembered and honored during a graveside service beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery in Bryan. Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers.

Born February 11, 1927, to Jack and Lena Andrews, Doris was a lifetime resident of Bryan, and she was a member of First Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy Barnett, her brothers Buddy and Tommy Andrews, and her parents.

Survivors include her son, Ronnie Scott and wife Sherri; daughter, Charlotte McClinton and husband Larry; grandchildren, Amy Fingers, Sarah Baker, Matthew Baker, Jonathan Scott and wife Ekaterina; and great grandchildren, Olivia and Justine Fingers.
