Emery Dale Meador, 78, of Bryan passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. Visitation will be held at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home on Friday, February 18, 2011 from 5 p.m. to 7p.m. Graveside Services are set for 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at RestEver Memorial Park in Bryan.
Emery Dale was born in Indianapolis, Ind., but has lived in Bryan for the past 37 years. He retired in 1997 from Parker–Astin Hardware in Bryan. He also served in the Navy.
Emery Dale is survived by his wife, Jeanie, three daughters, Mrs. Karla Diaz of Trinidad, Colorado, Ms. Michele Kuenzi and Mrs. Teri Guera, both of Houston and
one son, Mr. Chuck Meador of Houston. He also has two stepdaughters, Mrs. Deanna Gual of Hollywood, Fla., and Mrs. Donna Griffis of Granger, Tx., stepson Sean Kennedy of Granger, Tx., brother, Mr. Don Meador of Indianapolis, Ind. and one sister, Mrs. Mary Adams of Greenwood, Indiana, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
