Ervin passed away at the age of 73 from cancer related problems. We are grateful he did not suffer very long.
He leaves behind to mourn him his wife Christina; his son Martin; grandson Christopher Cain; his youngest sister Jane Nores and husband Bob of Sonoma, California.
At Ervin’s request there will not be any services. Cremation services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory. We will miss him.
Our special thanks to the staff at the Hospice Brazos Valley Inpatient Facility, especially nurses Misty and Jan for their kind and compassionate care of Ervin. I was very sorry to hear that Ervin had passed away, much too soon. I remember Erv as a gentle soul, soft-spoken and kind. I’m sure he will be greatly missed. He was a good man.
I am so sad that I was not aware of this earlier. My condolences to the family on the loss of such a wonderful man. He was funny, kind and just a pleasure to be around. You will be greatly missed Mr Cain.
