Evelyn Rose (Potter) Box, 93, of Bryan, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in Bryan. A visitation for family and friends will be from 2 to 3:30p.m. Sunday, March 20, 2016 at St. Michael’s Academy Chapel, 2402 South College Avenue, at the corner of Williamson Drive and South College Avenue.

The Chisholm clan is very sorry to hear of Aunt Evelyn’s passing. She was my late mother’s twin sister and I feel that a part of me has left with her. She was always so soft spoken and kind. When my son Doug was born in Dallas in April 1981, she came to our house for several days to help Deb with the baby and cook meals for us. All the chairs around the Potter family table are empty now, except for one.
Your family in Alabama was so sad to hear this news. We wish we could have met her! You guys will be in our thoughts and prayers.

I was so sorry to hear of aunt Evelyn’s passing. She was always a very gracious and kind person as my brother has said. Being my mothers twin made her very special. She will be missed greatly by all that knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family at this time.
I could not have asked for a more loving mother-in-law and awesome grandmother to our children.
