Condolences

  1. Dear Jackie, Lucy, Buddy, and Dale,

I am very glad that Skip and I reconnected last year after such a long time, and I’m even more glad that I was able to spend some time with him at our high school reunion last October. Skip always had a cheerful disposition and seemed to find the good in everything and everyone. His optimism was always so encouraging, and I never remember seeing him let things get him down regardless of the difficulties he faced. The talks we had by phone over the past few months are something I’ll always cherish.

I’m going to miss Skip, but as we all know, he no longer is in pain, and I can almost see him running!

Love to all of you, and may God bless you,

    Michael

  2. I really do not know what to say, but that I am sorry. Skip has always been in my heart all these years, I know he is not in pain anymore. My thoughts and Prayers are with you. Love, Delores

  3. Dear Jackie, Lucy, Buddy and Dale
We are very sorry to hear the news about Skip passing away. Its been a few years since I talked to Skip and at that time he seem to be doing fine. But from what I understand he has had a difficult and painful couple of years. I know its tuff to lose a brother as our youngest brother Mike who battled cancer for nine years passed away two weeks ago. We can always remember the good times we had in the old neighborhood and think God that they are resting and not in pain anymore. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

    God Bless,
    Sammy

  4. Just found this looking for Buddy’s phone number. We had some great times in the old days I really wish we could have been closer at the end.
