Marci Ramirez

Margaret (Marci) Ramirez has lived in Bryan for 29 years.  Born in San Fernando California and raised in Wisconsin she has found her home here in Bryan.  She is married to Joel Ramirez.  Marci loves family, traveling and serving her community.  As a member of the Hispanic Forum Bryan/College Station she served as Secretary and Vice-President, this in addition to many other local organizations such as, Fiestas Patrias Scholarship Fund, LULAC, Toys for Tots and Brazos Valley Community Action Agency.  Marci also served as a volunteer outreach team leader and counselor for Aids Service of Brazos Valley and is a supporter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Brazos Valley.  She is currently actively volunteering with Brazos Valley Center for Independent Living as fundraising/spokesperson for their bi-annual event, Dining in the Dark, The Hispanic Forum of Bryan/College Station, Legacy Assisted Living in Bryan, as well as The Bridge Ministry and Shelter the Homeless International Projects, also known as SHIP.
