  15. I have know Adam since I was about 8 years old. I can’t think of a single time that I saw him when he wasn’t smiling. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome. Even the last time I saw him (about 3 weeks ago) he was all smiles. He spoke of the church and of his desire to do more outreach even during the hardest day of his illness. I do admire his unwavering devotion to his faith and to God. Our thoughts and prayers are with you guys. The world has lost one of the sweetest souls. He will truly be missed.
    Love always
Brad and Jackie McPherson and Family

  24. To say we will never forget Adam is an understatement, rather he will live in our hearts the rest of our days. Rarely does a person come along whom you spend so little time with yet special enough to leave such a positive impression upon your heart and soul. Adam was this man to Cecie and myself. Renee, Justin and Mason know this all to well and I will do my part to remind Elena and Ellie what their JaJa would do.

  37. Hyman Family,
It has been a week and it is still hard to grasp. You are all in our prayers. Adam was an honorable amazing man who loved his wife and life to the greatest extent. He helped raise wonderful men, his 2 sons were his pride and joy and his daughter in law brought him happiness. His 2 granddaughters made his life complete when he was first called Jaja. The love he had for each of you lives on, and time can never change that.
May you feel comfort at this time from God and lean on him for peace.
We were blessed to have our families unite and have Adam in our family.
“Let us know if you need anything”. After all this was Adam’s famous line, always willing to help. We will miss him dearly.
    Love the Minneman family.

  38. My wife and I came to US two years ago. I am PhD student at A&M. Without any doubt, Adam was one of the greatest people that I met during this time here. He was wonderful. He was helpful and careful of the people around him. He was always happy. I will never forget his smiles and his shiny blue eyes. It was exactly one year ago that I lost my dad because of lung cancer and I didn’t want this to happen to Adam. I was thinking by myself three weeks ago and I was telling myself “this time if I see Adam I will tell him hey Adam let me hug you please”. But then I heard the news of his passing. He was such a wonderful guy. please accept my sincere condolences and deepest sympathies to your family and please be strong. I am sure that even now he smiles and looks at us with those shiny blue eyes. Hey Adam, we love you!
    May God bless your family,
    Hussein

  39. To Adam’s family, and close friends…

I’ve been praying for Adam since I learned of his illness, now I’m praying for you because I know you are hurting.

Adam was one of the best (of many wonderful people) that I was privileged to know and work with in my many visits to TAMU. I remember his example of commitment and respect even more than the wonderful times we spent together with so many things we shared in common.

He was a good example to us all… I pray God will comfort you…
