Alice Marie Edwards, 101, of College Station, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at her residence. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, February 13, at
Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan.
Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Saturday, February 13, at the Funeral Home with Reverend Kip Gilts officiating. There will be a private interment.
Alice was born in Pilger, Nebraska. She moved from Austin to College Station in 1958. Alice worked in retail sales and was a member of A&M United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Carole Edwards of College Station, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231 or to A&M United Methodist Church, 417 University Drive, College Station, TX 77840.

I just wanted to let you know your mother was one of the most creative, friendly, classiest ladies I have ever met. She was so beautiful inside and out. I will think or her often and so miss seeing her. Heaven is lucky to have her!
