Billy Carroll Rainwater

Billy Carroll Rainwater
August 23, 1940 – July 5, 2017

With respect, admiration, and love for being there for his family, a quiet man who barely said an extra word, but with his presence said a lot about what he cared for all his family.

Billy Rainwater, 76, of Robertson County, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, in Bryan.  His family will hold a private service at a later date. Cremation services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers Bryan-College Station.

Billy was born to his parents Bill Rainwater and Belva Gill Rainwater in Eden, Texas on August 23, 1940.  He graduated high school and began his truck driving career immediately after. He enjoyed being a vital part of the Oil Industry as a transport driver of one of America’s Natural Resources. Quite Man, in his silence, you could hear the love for his family, always there for them. As a cowboy that he was, he loved western movies, loved to live outside of city noises, he went with the Lord peacefully, listening to Psalm 103:15-18

Preceding him in death are his parents; Bill Rainwater and Belva Gill Rainwater

He is survived by his wife Modesta Rosa Lizarraga Rainwater, married for 42 years; his children Jose de Jesus Estrada and wife Diana, Sue Carroll Rainwater, Billy Dean Rainwater, Cynthia Rainwater, Sandra Rainwater, Laura Rainwater, Reba Rainwater; his eight siblings; and his grandchildren.
