Boyce Farnum

Boyce James Farnum, 60, passed away January 10, 2016 in Bryan Texas with his girls by his side.  Born July 16, 1955 in Childress Texas to the late William and Laverne Farnum. Boyce grew up working hard and taking care of those around him which he tried doing until the very end. He was the oldest of three; Kellye and the late Bruce Farnum. Horses where his first passion but as a young man he enjoyed singing country music and playing guitar.

He married Sandra Jensen in 1988 and had two daughters; Allison and Grace. His girls meant the world to him and he never missed an opportunity to let them know. Boyce never strayed far from his music and was a poet to those lucky enough to read what he wrote. His letters could rebuild the coldest heart and his song lyrics could break them all over again. No words could do justice to describe his kind hearted personality. He will be missed dearly by all that knew him.

Boyce will be honored during a graveside ceremony celebrating his life at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery in Bryan. A celebration of his life will be held at Joes place later that night.

In lieu of flowers, please consider sending contributions to The Memorial Fund of Boyce Farnum through Aggieland Credit Union.
