Brenda Joyce Altman, 58, of Caldwell, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan, Texas. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Brenda was born on April 22, 1954 in Columbus, Ohio. She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Florida, having moved from Wildwood, Florida to Bryan in October 2010.

Survivors include her husband, Red Altman; son and daughter-in-law, Rob and Shelley Altman, of College Station; daughters, Rachael Altman, of College Station and Jenn Altman, of Caldwell; several siblings; and grandchildren, Jordan, Chloe, Will and Abby.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, Christian Appalachian Project, ASPCA, or the Brazos County Animal Shelter.
