Calvin Lloyd Spencer, 82, passed away peacefully Monday, November 2nd in Bryan, TX.
In holding with his wishes, Calvin has been cremated and a celebration of his life is planned for Saturday, November 7th.
Calvin was born, September 6, 1933, in Verdel, Nebraska. He was married to Judy Seaton Spencer for 45 years. He was an Army Veteran and an accomplished carpenter. He retired from Marshall Erdman and Associates after 20 years as a superintendent.
He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Bryan Lloyd Spencer.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 45 years, Judy, daughters, Shelly Spencer and Elizabeth Williams, sons Bruce Spencer and wife, Brittnie, Kevin Spencer and wife, Laura, Leon Williams and wife, Nancy, Michael Williams and wife, Rosann, in addition to 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be given to Hospice Brazos Valley, Bryan, or Wounded Warrior Project.
Arrangements are under the direction of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.

We are so sad to hear of Calvins passing. He was a great friend and mentor. I learned more from Calvin about being a construction superintendent than anyone else. He will be sadly missed. Our prayers are for your comfort during this sad time.
