Carol Birdsong Patranella

April 9, 1943 – October 4, 2019

Carol Birdsong Patranella, age 76, of Bryan, Texas passed away on October 4th, 2019. She was born in Dallas, Texas on April 9th 1943. She retired from The City of Bryan and Texas A&M where she was a purchaser. She was a member of Reliance Baptist Church where she taught children Sunday school for many years. She loved teaching anyone and everyone the love of Jesus. She had an unconditional love for anyone and anything brought into her life from people to animals.
Carol was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and great aunt. She is proceeded in death by her mother Helen Birdsong, her brothers Eddie Phillips and Buddy Knight; her children Barry Spradling Sr and Sidney Crouch. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Johnny Patranella; her children Curtis Spradling and wife Trisha, Shelly Menefee and husband Joe, and Amy Blenkinsop. Her grandchildren Barry Spradling Jr and wife Kourtney, Jason Spradling and wife Leah, Amber Rosales, Brook Spradling, Mathew Spradling, Brittany Cobb and husband Will, Christopher Cole and wife Lauren, Lauren Spradling, Skyler Eastep, Daniel Cole, Hailey Blenkinsop and Trevor Blenkinsop. Her niece Aleateia Knight. Her great grandkids Ellie Rosales, Ryan Spiller, Barry Spradling III, Jaycee Foreman, Kelby Cobb, Olivia Rosles, Russel Cole, Joseph Rosales, and Henry Spradling. Her great nephews Robert, Carter, Chris and Jacob Taylor. Her special grandkids Erik Mathews, Trey Davis, Robert Moore and Justin Laird along with many many more lives that not only did she touch but ment so much to her.
It was her wish to be cremated followed by a Celebration of Life Celebration on October 12, 2019 at 3:30pm at Reliance Baptist Church in Bryan, Texas.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Reliance Baptist Church in her honor.
