Condolences

  1. I was so sorry to hear about Memaw
Galvez. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time.

  2. I was sorry to hear about my neighbor Cathrine Galvez. I will miss our talks on the porch and the stories about her life. I can still hear her laughter and see her beautiful smile. She was a very caring person and also funny. I will miss her.

  3. Wish we could be there with you all. We already miss her – not just the best hot sauce in the world, but her jokes and stories, and her long line of dogs. She was the only one left to share stories of growing up in Bryan, and she was the only one who remembered Big Man! Our dad used to say that we’d meet all of our dogs in heaven. I know Catherine is busy with them all right now.
Farewell to my dear sister, I’ll see you someday.
With much love – Uncle Tony (Mary too)

  4. God sent an angel for Grandma so she would suffer no more. She will now join my dad, Paul Galvez, and my uncle Joe and become a guardian angel to watch over all her loved ones. We miss and love you Grandma, may you rest in peace.

    Love,
    Clarissa, Ashton, and Anden

  5. Cathy was a sweet person and true, she never met a stranger. She and my mom (Margaret) were good friends. Our prayers & love to the family.

    Signed: Diane, Karen and Gloria.

  6. Wow, where do I begin. I have many fond memories of Catherine. She was not only like a mom to me, she was also my friend. I would have done anything for her. Before her memory starting slipping, she would tell everyone I was her daughter later on I would become the utility girl. I will truly miss her. Thanks Teresa, Pauline and Lisa for sharing your mom with me. She will always hold a special place in my heart!!
    Love you all,
    Joyce

  7. There are many ways to live a life. It can be filled with beautiful moments of love, laughter and smiles. It can also have its share of heartache, loss and what ifs. I’ve had both in my life, but I’m blessed to say you made many moments in my life beautiful and filled with love. Your love, your smile, and your caring heart made the lives of those you loved and knew better. What gives me so much comfort at this moment is knowing you loved me too. I am so proud and privileged to have been able to call you grandma. I feel better and safer knowing that I now have another angel watching over me and my childrn and their mother. As you leave those that love you on this earth, you are being welcomed home to heaven and there is love waiting for you there too. My children, their mother and I will always love you and carry you in our hearts. Tell my dad I love him and miss him. Your with God now and thats your home, but your love, your laughter and yor memory will always be with us. Your with God no Grandma, I miss you and Love you. Henry Martinez Deanna, Alexandria, Lauren and Nathan Paul Martinez

  8. Dad’s and my prayers are with you and we wish that we could be there with you but know we are there in spirit!
Grandma I wish I could have gotten to know you! From what I have read and heard you were an amazing lady and a light to those around you.
With all the love in our hearts
    Felix and Ashley
