Condolences

  1. I Love you CeCe, you are a very special wild child. You never messed with Joe or the kids or Mama Bear would be on you. Your spirit was so sweet and your love for kids was way beyond anyone I have ever known. You had a special love and relationship with our Lord. I know you are having a blast in Heaven. My prayers are with Joe and the kids as they go through life and I am sure your spirit will stay with all of our hearts.
I will see you in Heaven some day, until then keep the party going.

  2. So sorry to hear of CeCe’s passing. Your loss is truly heaven’s gain. Our thoughts and prayers are with eve’s family during this difficult time.

  3. My heart is sad but I find peace in the fact God has her in his loving embrace and she is no longer suffering. My prayers go out to the family that you will find peace in your sorrow for your loss. She will always be loved by all friends and family and greatly missed. May God Bless you.

  4. Dear Joe and family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of CeCe’s passing. CeCe was one of the strongest women I have ever known. She faced her battle with cancer with great courage. She was also the kindest woman I have had the honor of knowing. She was one of those people who always put others first and always, always had a kind, encouraging word. She was fighting her own battle with cancer, but never hesitated to help a friend, or even just an acquaintance, in need. She was just that kind of person.
I pray that the wonderful memories you have will bring comfort to you and your family during this very difficult time. CeCe touched so many lives and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
    With deepest sympathy,
    Debbie Williams

  5. What a legacy CeCe left! She loved and was loved by a fine man, Joe Bennigfield as well as her five children. She was fun. She was spiritual with a deep faith in God. She was a nurturing person to her family as well as many young people she taught , being named Teacher of the Year at one point in her career. I knew her as a preschooler who tended her baby sister with a tenderness and maturity well beyond her years. She was an author and a wordsmith. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. We have lost one of the fine people from this earth, but God has a ” Go-Getter
Angel who continues to spread his word through her children.

  7. Oh CeCe, I remember sitting in algebra with you. My memory of you will always be of a strong, upright, funny-as-heck, beautiful human being. This is for you, because I didn’t know your family. Look around from where you are now and see with new eyes how much love you created on this earth, and how much surrounds you now. You did good work, girl.

  8. So sorry for your loss. I went to school with CeCe and she was always very nice. God bless your family. I’m glad you have the assurance that you will see her again and she will be healed and dancing in heaven.

  9. My deepest condolences and prayers to the family of CeCe. In my humanness (if thats a word) its hard to find comforting words, but in Jesus’ name we know this isn’t over yet. I’d be willing to bet that my mom was one of the first to greet CeCe to her place among the saints in heaven. I’ll also bet they are still laughing about the fact that Sonia and I drove to Tomball Bible Church this morning exactly one week before the actual funeral service. May God bless you Cece’s family.

  10. CECE AND I WENT TO SCHOOL TOGETHER DIDNT KNOW HER THAT WELL BUT US BEING CLASSMATES AND GRADUATING THE SAME YEAR. MAKES ME LOVE HER. I Pray God will continue to lift you all up and know his arms are around you all for comfort .I know she with the Angels smiling. Praise God.

  11. I feel so thankful and blessed to have had CeCe as my friend and neighbor. God knew I needed this amazing mom and wife right next door to me as I was just beginning the mommyhood adventures myself. From the very beginning when our families moved next door to each other (I was about 8 months pregnant with my first child) Cece (& her sweet family) made sure we knew we could always count on them for whatever help we needed as we began this little family of our own. Cece was always so kind, generous, and gracious with these three little boys of mine. And I do believe “CeCe” was one of each boys first words 🙂
They always had a smile and a giggle for her when she would come join us outside to play. I am so thankful for her example. She was someone I could admire and learn from as I was figuring out this whole being a mommy gig. I really miss just knowing she was near. Also so very Thankful for her Christ filled heart and that promise that I’ll get to see her again one day.

Always thinking of and praying for your family.

  12. Mrs. Benningfield was my teacher in 7th grade. I believe it was in 1998. She was a big inspiration to my life. She crossed my mind today. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of such a wonderful lady. She brightened countless lives. I am sad I never got the chance to tell her myself how she impacted my life. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
