Charles Anthony Brown Sr., 60, of College Station, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012, at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. His family will have a private memorial service. Arrangements are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory in Bryan.

Charles was born September 12, 1951, in Denton, Texas, to Henry and Edna Thomas Brown. After retiring from H.B. Fuller, he became a truck driver. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Charles moved to College Station in 2001 from Dallas. He has moved on to heaven to be with his loving wife Peggy Brown, and to watch over his loved family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Brown, his brothers, Dan, Terry, and Eddie, and his parents.

Survivors include his sons, Charles Brown Jr. and wife Brenda, Alvie Brown, Joseph Brown and wife Carrie, Calvin Brown; brothers, Tommy Brown, Steve Kuykendahl; and thirteen grandchildren.
