Delia Gutierrez, 79, of Brenham, passed away January 17, 2016. She will be honored during a memorial service celebrating her life at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at Grace Community Fellowship, 107 S. Saeger St. in Brenham, Texas.

Mrs. Delia Blanca Guerrero de Gutiérrez was a loving wife to Don Israel Gutiérrez for 58 years: 58 years dedicated to strengthening their relationship and their love; 58 years dedicated to providing their children with love, unconditional support, and wise advise to help them face the challenges of life; 58 years dedicated to helping us become better families: that family formed by  their children Israel, Jaime, Ricardo, Blanca, Maribel; by Connie, Norma, Homero, Gerardo; by their grandchildren Jaime, Israel, Victor, Jacobo, Homero, Samuel, Elías, Esteban, Gerardo, Maribel, Ricardo, and by their great-grandchild Sofía Evelina.

On this day, her husband, her children, her daughters-in-law, her sons-in-law, her grandchildren and her great-grandchild would like to warmly thank all their friends and family for all the support and acts of kindness received during the farewell of our loving grandmother.

Photo and the following words:

We know that on this particular day, our loving grandmother, mother, and wife would have surely liked to tell us:

To you, my loving husband,

To you, my family
I am now found in a star
Of blinding splendour
Please cry not for me,
For I am now with Christ, the Lord

As I arrived in Heaven,
As I saw His face,
My joyful soul
Had never felt so at peace.

The God of Heaven and Earth
Healed my every wound,
And extended His hand,
Welcoming me to my new life

Never forget how much I love you,
I will be there as you
Enjoy the sweet smell of that flower,
As you feel the soft touch of the see breeze
I will be there in all that is love.

Today I am here with you
Just like the sun.
My heart is still beating
Through the hearts of all the people that I love

Hoy he llegado a una estrella
Radiante de luz.
No lloren mi ausencia,
Hoy estoy con Jesús.

Llegué gracias a Jesus  al cielo,
Cuando vi su Faz,
Mi alma dichosa
Se lleno de Paz

El Dios de los cielos,
Sanó toda herida,
Me tendió su mano,
Y hoy tengo una nueva  vida

Saben que a todos ustedes los amo,
Búsquenme en cada flor,
En la suave brisa,
En lo que es el amor

Con cada uno de ustedes  estoy presente,
Como lo está el sol,
Y Mi corazón sigue latiendo,
Gracias a su gran amor.

Condolences

    Familia Vela Ruiz
