Esmeralda “Molly” Acevedo, 64, of Bryan, Texas, passed away on June 28, 2017, in Killeen, Texas.

Molly was born July 20, 1952, to Jesus and Maria Espinoza in Alice, Texas. She attended high school in Alice and graduated in 1970. She worked for Texas A&M and College Station ISD for 20 years. She loved to entertain, cook, shop, and spend time with her family.

Molly is survived by her husband, Robert; her three children, Glenda, Daniel and wife Jeanine, Jason and wife Kristy; her brothers Jesus, Ernesto, and Pedro; and her six grandchildren Steven, Heather, Jeremy, Kalista, Brandon, and Eli; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son Eric and both her parents.

Funeral service will be held at Christ the Good Shepherd Chapel, 600 South Coulter Ave, Bryan on Monday, July 3rd, at 10:00 am.  Burial will follow after at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.   Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 2nd, from 2-4:30 pm followed by a Rosary at 4:30 pm at Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers in Bryan.

Flowers may be sent to the Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers.  The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers, Christ the Good Shepherd Chapel, and St. Joseph Catholic Church.
