Ethel Mery Winchester Morvant

Ethel Mery Winchester Morvant passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday April 5, 2016 at the age of 84. She was born in Winnsboro, TX, on March 4th, 1932.

She worked as a switch board operator and loved to sew, travel, and dance. She had a loving cat, Peepie, who she loved dearly and who didn’t like anyone but her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Walter A. Winchester and Nora L. Winchester, and her sisters Geneva Lovings and Dottie Wead.

She survived by her daughter Rosalie and husband Dan Hall of Newalla, OK, and son Chris and wife Cathy Brewer of Anderson, TX. She has five grandchildren, Cory and wife Keyla Hall, Brian Hall, Christopher and wife Rebecca Brewer, Candice Brewer and Nicholas Brewer, and two great-grandchildren, Caitlin and Noah Brewer.

A small memorial service will be held at Beaty Funeral Home on Saturday April 16, 2016, at 1pm in Winnsboro, Tx.
