  4. We were so very sorry to read about Jeri’s passing in today’s Eagle. As Elder Aid volunteer drivers we had the opportunity to transport Jeri to a variety of appointments. As a result, we got to know her as a generous, sweet, caring, thoughtful person who cared about others as much as herself. She clearly loved her family and her grandchildren because she always talked about them during our transport visits. It was always a pleasure to transport and interact with her. We are very sorry for your loss. Ron and Linda Sasse, College Station.

  5. I am so very sorry to have read about Jeri’s passing. I came in contact with her many times while seeking transportation for her with my organization, Elder Aid, and she always was such a joy to speak with. Never met her, but she seemed like such a caring, sweet lady. I know she will be greatly missed by all that had the honor of knowing her. Heaven is much richer now.

  6. Our deepest sympathy. I worked with Jerry at Haverty’s in Richmond. I sent her a Christmas Card last year and it was returned. So Sorry, Brenda
