Condolence from Jerry Cooper on April 30th, 2011 12:14 pm

Mr. Garrett must have been a wonderful man to produce a son like Bill. With Bill’s wife Carie and their children Dillon and Sydney, Bill has been a significant addition to the College Park neighborhood. Their help in time of need and their concern for all those around them has made this a great place to live. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
Jerry, Carole and Champ
