Karen Sue “Susie” Johnson
passed into loves light of our
Lord Jesus Christ, and into
the waiting arms of our loving
ancestors, who have
passed on before us. With her
loved ones by her side, Susie
passed away on Thursday,
September 23, at her home in
Bryan, Texas. A celebration
of her life will be from 2:30
until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September
26, 2010 at her home.
Graveside services are set for
October 7, 2010 at the Brick
Union Cemetery in Lloyd,
Kentucky.
Susie was born in Ashland,
Kentucky on June 18, 1952
and she was a 1970 graduate
of Russell high school. Susie
was an accomplished artist
and had numerous other accomplishments
in her life,
yet always lived her life as
her father said, “its not where
you are born or where you
die, it’s the good you do between”.
Susie is survived by her husband
of 38 years, Jim; and
son, Jimmy of Bryan; sister,
Betty of Tarpon Springs,
Fla.; numerous brothers and
sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles,
nieces, nephews and friends,
who she loved with all of her
heart.
Earth hath no sorrow that
Heaven cannot heal
