Condolences

  1. I just received the news of Aunt Lee’s passing. My oldest brother Lee Roy Callegan ( Hazel Callegan) was family with Lee & Bill. They were bunk mates on the USS Maryland. I am Harvey Callegan & wish to send my sincere condolence to the Family. The memory’s of Lee & Bill , Little Bill, Dana & our family trips to Houston as a child ( from Louisiana ) to visit remain in my heart forever. The time Lee /Alma made sure I was able to see & attend an Astro baseball game was so special .The years my family got to spend with the Crawfords made the absence of my oldest brother ( lost in WWII ) bearable as Bill & Lee were there as our lost family member was not. Words cant express the thankfulness for having Lee in our lives. I will always remember her “Love for Life” & her great smile. It saddens me to think that so many years have passed by & not reaching out to her as time passed . LEE …You are forever remembered & Loved ! Condolences to Little Bill, Dana, Aunt Alma, & the extended Crawford Family.
With heart felt regard’s Harvey Callegan / Orange Beach Alabama
