Condolences for the family of “Lugean Esten”

Condolence from Max Fowler on May 5th, 2015 9:27 am

This morning, during my daily walk, I thought of C.K. Esten. He was my first English teacher at A&M in the fall of 1957. I grew to really admire him because he reminded me of my Dad, tough, very tough, but fair.
When I returned from my walk, I looked up C.K, Esten on my computer. To my surprise there was the obituary of his wife.
My heart goes out to her family. Professor Esten was a really, really good man and he influenced my life.
Thank you. Max Fowler TAMC ’61
