Condolences

  1. Bruce, Trudie and Families – I am very sorry to learn that your mom has passed on. I remember the many good times we shared all those years ago. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you with comfort and peace.

    With Love,
    Julie (Hahne) Strickland

  2. Trudie and Bruce,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. I lost mine in 2013 and it is such a difficult time. Some of my best childhood memories are with you all! Love to you all.
    Sharon

  3. Bruce and Trudie,
I love your mom! When I was a child I thought she was so incredibly beautiful and told her so. Her smile and sweetness charmed me. That year she had red hair–gorgeous. I was in awe of her.

I remember all her brothers, one being my daddy, together at grandmother and granddaddy’s–fried doves and chicken and other recipes grandmother had made–all sitting around the table/s at Christmas. Children and presents everywhere. Laughter. Love. And Aunt Marie and Uncle Russell there with all my other aunts and uncles and cousins, the two of you, and my family. We played together for hours on end. It was a grand family to be part of. And holidays were the best.

I’m so sorry for your loss but happy for dear Aunt Marie’s life. I will miss her laughter. May God bless you all.
