Mary Jane Ryan
September 27, 1927 – April 19, 2015
Mary Jane Ryan, 87, of Wellborn, entered into rest Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Magnified Health and Rehab of College Station, Texas. A graveside funeral ceremony is set for 3 pm, Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at the Wellborn Cemetery with Chaplain Janice Kerlee officiating. Visitation will be at the cemetery prior to and after the ceremony.
Mary was born September 27, 1927, in Brazos County, to Joe and Hilda Norwood, and she has lived here for her lifetime. She married Melvin Ryan in 1948 and became a housewife and loving mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband Melvin Ryan, and her parents.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, James Ryan, Melvin Joe and Sandra Ryan; sister, Jo Ann Wade; grandchildren, Mark Ryan, David Ryan and wife Shannon; great grandchildren, Jacey Ryan, Nicholas Ryan, Jacob Ryan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in her memory to Compassionate Care Hospice at 3833 S Texas Ave #100, Bryan, TX 77802.
