Jack Allen Heath, age 62, of Bryan, Texas, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 12, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

He was born on January 11, 1964, in Fort Benning, Georgia, to Patricia DeLuca Heath and Conard Lud Heath. Jack was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Because of his father’s Army and Navy service, Jack traveled during his childhood before the Heath family eventually settled back in their hometown of Bryan, where he finished growing up. After a career of more than 30 years with the U.S. Postal Service, Jack spent his later years running equipment and tending to his horses, cattle, and land. He was known as a kind, quiet man who was always willing to lend a helping hand. Although Jack did not have children of his own, he spent many years actively involved in the lives of his nieces and nephews, who will forever hold those memories close to their hearts.

He is survived by his sisters, Brenda Crocker, Teresa Simmons, and Connie Grocholski (Ronald); his nieces and nephews, Angela Lewis (William), Hellen Crocker, Dusti Welch (Jarrod), Nathan Crocker, Elisha Crocker, and James (J.C.) Regini (Kelli); as well as many great-nieces, great-nephews, numerous other family members, and friends who loved him deeply.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia DeLuca Heath and Conard Lud Heath; his maternal grandparents, Lucy Pomilla DeLuca and Jasper DeLuca; and his paternal grandparents, Ethel Nash Heath and Conrad Heath.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to extended family, friends, Enhabit Hospice, Callaway-Jones and the many caregivers for the love, prayers, support, and care shown to Jack during his final days. Jack leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th, at 4 p.m. at Joe’s Place in Wixon Valley, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Enhabit Hospice of College Station.
