Those who knew Jessica will forever remember the magical moments of watching her read to her children, guiding them through baking cookies, and embracing her role as a playful mother, always eager to join their games and imaginative ventures. her spirit was particularly intertwined with her father, as they shared countless hours watching NY Rangers hockey, something that was one of her absolute favorite pastimes.

She developed a fascination with TikTok, frequently exchanging a delightful barrage of videos with her cousins. She explored diamond art, took to crocheting (despite it being a work in progress), and indulged in an array of reality television shows, always centering her attention on what mattered most—her family.
Her athletic prowess was undeniable—she excelled in track, softball, and competitive swimming, proving to be a remarkable athlete throughout her youth. However, her proudest achievement remained her role as a mother, an endeavor she cherished above all else.
Jessica leaves behind her mother, Diana Perez; her father, John Perez; her partner, Edward De Jesus; and her beloved children, Jaxson and Sophia. She is remembered fondly by her grandfather, Amedeo Cassetta, and extended family, including her cousins, Joanne, Manny, Ashley, Christina, Michael, Daniela, and Nicholas Cassetta, along with her aunt, Angela Cassetta, and uncle, Robert Cassetta.

Visitation services will be held at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory in Bryan, Texas, on October 7, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will follow on October 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM. She touched so many lives with grace and affection, and she will be dearly missed.
