Keith Everett Morgan, child of our Heavenly Father, beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, peacefully passed away into the loving arms of Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior at the age of 62.

Family and friends are invited to his Celebration of Life at 3pm on June 29, 2026 at Central Church in College Station.

Born in Bryan, Texas, on February 18, 1964, Keith was the cherished son of Leona Ann (Grizzaffi) Morgan and the late Everett “Ralph” Morgan. From an early age, Keith embodied the Morgan family values of hard work, integrity, and deep devotion to Jesus.

He graduated from Bryan High School in 1982 and graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography.

He exemplified his Christian faith in how he lived his life, how he treated others with love, kindness and respect, his morals and values, and his deep unwavering love for his family and most importantly, his love for Jesus Christ. Keith’s relationship with Jesus was the most important thing in his life. He faithfully attended Bible study every Wednesday, and looked forward to the fellowship and lessons each week, and enjoyed Sunday Services at Cental Church.

Keith grew up in the warmth and care of the Morgan and Grizzaffi / Cemino family, including lifelong relationships with his cousins whom he considered his brothers and best friends - Michael Rice, David Villines, and Rodney, Michael and Kenny Fontenot, and Wesley Ramsey. 

Following in his father’s footsteps, Keith carved out a distinguished career as a custom home builder in Sugarland, Bellaire, Houston, Montgomery, The Woodlands and College Station, Texas. With unwavering dedication, he brought exceptional skill and creativity to every project. Keith was known for building homes that reflected the dreams and aspirations of each client, earning a reputation for excellence throughout the region. His legacy lives on in the beautiful, lasting structures that grace neighborhoods around Houston, The Woodlands, and College Station.

Keith was happiest enjoying the simple pleasures of life— golfing, fishing or hunting especially with his Dad and nephews Ty and Kyle and also with family and friends. He enjoyed walking job sites, and evenings with family and friends. One of his favorite activities was playing cards or visiting with Sis and Anna. He was always ready to share a laugh, offer a helping hand, or lend his wisdom to those who sought it. He touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of meeting him, and his kindness and integrity will be fondly remembered. He loved his niece Gia very much and tried to attend every theater performance of hers. He would always make sure she knew how proud he was of her and how much he loved her. Keith loved his family so much and was there for them at any time.

He is lovingly survived by his mother, Leona Ann (Grizzaffi) Morgan of Bryan; his corgi Katy, sister LeaAnn (Morgan) Tate and husband Tracy; sister Kristi Morgan; his cherished niece and nephews Gia Laura Jewel Morgan, Tyler Robert Gideon and wife Kelly, Kyle Morgan Gideon and wife Casey, Megan (Tate) Upchurch and husband Ryan, Travis Tate and wife Michaela, his great-nieces and great-nephews Cooper Everett, Jax Morgan, Cameron Elizabeth, Graham Ray, Rose Lynn, Reese Lawrence , Brentlee Marie, all of College Station; aunts Norma “Sis” Rice and Anna Villines of Bryan; uncle Raymond Morgan of College Station; his best friend Brad Stephen of College Station, his ex-wife Deborah Morgan of the Woodlands; and numerous extended family members, friends, and colleagues. He is preceded in death by his father, Everett "Ralph" Morgan, his beloved grandparents Jewell Howard and Emma Rosalie (Lehnert) Morgan and Charley and Laura (Cemino) Grizzaffi.And his many corgis that brought him so much happiness and companionship-Bailey, Dixie, Susan, Georgia, Duncan and Redford.

Keith will be remembered for his quiet strength, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to family and craft. He leaves behind a legacy rooted in love, hard work, and lasting impact on all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm at Central Church in Bryan, Texas.

Keith Morgan’s memory will be forever cherished by his loved ones, friends, and the communities he so faithfully served.
