Born on April 7, 1961, in Las Higueras, Rodeo, Durango, Mario’s early life laid the foundation for a profound passion that would come to define his professional journey: concrete. He was exceptionally proud of his work and was well-known within the construction world for his dedication and craftsmanship.
Mario dedicated his life not only to his career but also to his family, wearing many hats as a loving father and doting grandfather. He is survived by his beloved children, Carmen, Sandy (David), Christy (Marcos), Jennifer (Lorenzo), and Mario, who carry his legacy forward with fond memories and unwavering love. His grandchildren, Damian, Lucky, Michael, Lexi, Jonathan, James, Jacob, Jaylah, Ariel, Julia, Delilah, Julian, Lorenzo and Ignacio, were a source of immense joy, and he often shared stories and laughter with them, enriching their lives with his wisdom and warmth.
Mario was preceded in death by his mother, Carmen Amaya, and his father, Pablo Ibañez, both of whom he honored throughout his life through his actions and values. Their influence was palpable in Mario’s deep sense of responsibility and commitment to family.
