On June 4, 2001, Nasario made his grand entrance into the world and blessed the lives of his parents Rosanna Trevino and Nasario Contreras Sr. On March 2, 2025, at the age of 23, Nasario departed this world and was called home to be with the Lord. Up until his final moments, he was showered with love and support from his closest friends and family. We are very grateful for every moment we were able to share with him.
Nasario grew up in the Brazos Valley and later attended Bryan High School.
Throughout the years, Nasario worked at Papa Johns, Jimmy Johns, Pro Welding, Holman’s Quality Plumbing, and most recently, Custom Fabricators. He especially enjoyed his time at Custom Fabricators because he got to work alongside someone he deeply adored, his grandpa Martin. Nasario had many hobbies he enjoyed such as collecting hot wheels cars, sports cards, fishing, grilling, music, drawing, and supporting his Texas Longhorns.
Nasario is preceded in death by his great grandfather Ramon Contreras, baby sister Miranda Perez, and great grandmother Gilma DelaRosa.
Nasario is survived by his father Nasario Contreras Sr. and stepmother Sarah Contreras, mother Rosanna Trevino and stepfather Ray Perez; siblings Abigail, Melanie, Jeremiah, Victoria, Serena, and Michael; grandparents Martin and Adelita Contreras, and Susie Juarez; aunts and uncles Martin and Felicia Contreras, Rosanna and Christopher Snelson, Richard Trevino, Jason and Leslie Trevino, Melissa Trevino, and Bianca Trevino; cousins Rialey, Maria, Alexia, Kaylee, Marley, Gabriel, Eli, Liliana, Sabrina, Joshua, Kayden, Lexi, Laura, Lorena, King, Mya, Valentino, Achiles, Lala, and Nila.
We hold many great memories of Nasario but his mother and father both have a favorite one they’d like to share. From Dad, “When he was younger, we would go riding around on the weekends with no destination. We would ride around for about an hour or two and he would always have to have his window all the way down with his head almost out the window. He would control the CD changer and put on his favorite songs every time we were in my Cadillac.” From Mom, “I loved watching all my kids playing in the pool together, wrestling, and getting along well.”
Nasario was deeply loved by many, and we are blessed for the time we all had with him. We will always cherish and hold the many great memories of him near and dear to our hearts until we get to see him again.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 10am-12pm at S.O.S. Ministries with a funeral service to follow. Pastor Calvin Greer will have the honor of officiating. Pallbearers include Ramiro Moreno, Javier Rodriguez, Felix Sotelo, Alex Sanchez, Parker Urrutia, Zachary Bailey, Ivan Davila, Jayron Andrews, and Jovan Gonzales.
“Brothers and sisters, we want you to know about those who have died. We don’t want you to be sad like other people – those who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died, but we also believe that he rose again. So we believe that God will raise to life through Jesus any who have died and bring them together with him when he comes.” -1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
