Rose Ellen Collier, of Bryan, Texas, passed away on November 4, 2026, in Bryan. She was born on June 17, 1938, in Hicksville, Ohio, and lived a long life marked by the enduring bonds of family and friendship.

She is survived by her brother, Dennis J. Onstott, and by her sister-in-law, Sharon Onstott. Rose’s family was a lasting and important part of her life, and she leaves behind her children, Kenneth Richard Collier and his wife, Karyn, Michael Jay Collier, and Holly Collier Vaughn and her husband, Dale. She is also remembered with love by her daughter-in-law, Valerie Collier.

Her legacy continues through the younger generations of her family, including her grandson, Michael Clayton Collier, her granddaughter, Lexy Kenvin, and her grandson, Caden Ticknor. She is also survived by her niece and nephew, Kelly Onstott and Stewert Onstott, and by her friend, Lisa Jones, and her husband, Jim, whose friendship remained part of her life.

Rose was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Onstott; her mother, Edith Onstott; and her brother, Kenneth DuWayne Onstott.

A funeral service honoring Rose Ellen Collier’s life will be held on November 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory, 3001 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801.

Rose will be remembered with affection by those who knew her and with deep love by the family she leaves behind. Her memory will remain a cherished part of their lives.
