Zachry Lane Adornetto went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 28, 2025 at his home in Chinle, AZ. Zachry was born on July 13,1995 in Stephenville Texas. He was the oldest of three children born to Thomas and Angela (Timmens) Adornetto. He attended high school in Follett, Texas and continued his education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University graduating with a degree in Pharmacology. His desire was to be a hands-on pharmacist, getting to know each person, and providing an individualized treatment plan for each patient. He was able to fulfill this dream by boldly moving to Chinle, AZ and serving a community that offered him the experience to help others in need. Zachry was the big brother to his siblings, Gus and Isaac. He might not have said so when he was younger, but we are convinced that he “loved” helping his mother with feeding and entertaining his twin brothers. Their closeness was the cornerstone in building an unbreakable bond that lasted despite the miles between them. Zach was quick-witted, smart, and loved to laugh. He could quote lines from every movie he had ever seen and would sometimes use those lines to good naturedly zing family members. Zach loved dogs with what seemed to be a particular affection for blue healers. From his first dog, fittingly named Lucky because “she was lucky to have a boy like Zach,” to his best pal Jake, each of them was deeply loved. He loved A&M football, online gaming, and hanging out with friends and family. He had a beautiful smile, a contagious laugh, and the kindest heart. Although we will miss him terribly every day, heaven gained a good one in Zachry Adornetto. Zachry was proceeded in death by his father, Tom Adornetto. Survivors include his mother Angela Adornetto and her husband, Robert Barrera; brothers Isaac Anthony Adornetto and Augustus James Adornetto and his wife Grace; grandfather Anthony Adornetto; and grandmother Carol McGee. He also leaves many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and special friends and coworkers.
A memorial service for Zach will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Callaway Jones Funeral Home in Bryan, Texas. The family would like to welcome anyone who wishes to share their memories of Zach at the service.
