Condolences

  1. Scott,
Connie was at our WAS group lunch today and just before I got there someone let the cat out of the bag. She said she hadn’t heard from you, so I hope you weren’t upset.
Let me know if you’re looking for anything that I can help with.
    Jerry

  2. Olive was an incredible powerhouse, no better an Aggie supporter, and a true, loyal friend. My parents, Jane and Bill Tetrell ‘46, loved her dearly. I am so very fortunate to have known her, sat with her at Aggie functions and traveled with her and the Traveling Aggies. I was blessed to have been her friend.

  3. Olive was always so special to me. I met her long before we moved here through the Association and then when she joined Christ UMC I saw her most every Sunday.

My prayers for comfort are with all of you.

  4. Scott & Family,

Just received the news that your mom passed. Your mom was always so sweet to me. When we get the flyer in the mail for the Traveling Aggies, I always think of her. Know that you will miss her.

  5. Olive was a person who you could speak to and always learn something new about her family, the town, the university, or one of the many places she had visited in this world. She could make you smile just having talked with her and always had time to stop what she was doing and visit a while. You could tell she loved her family very much. May God bless her family with His Peace and Comfort.

  6. She was a grand lady and a great director of the Traveling Aggies. She helped me out with a travel problem concerning my mother one time and she told me what to do and the situation was taken care of. She will be missed in the community,

  7. Scott,
Olive was a big part of our lives when I was growing up. She, Mary Wilson, Dottie, Tom Raul, and the gang would hang out at our Cooper house many a night. She was always so much fun and such a great spirit!

  8. My deepest condolence in the death of your mother.Scott it was a pleasure to meet Mrs.Olive.And I will keep your family in my prayers.

  9. We were shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. She was a bundle of energy and I assumed much younger than her stated age. She pioneered the Traveling Aggies at the AFS and was a delight to know. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

  10. Scott,
We will miss seeing your mom and the Lady Aggie basketball luncheons. Such a sweet, sweet lady. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
    Joann and Bob Wimbish

  11. My deepest sympathies to you family and friends.
Olive was one of my favorite memories of BCS.
Helped her figure out which of her former students got suites at the Hilton.
    Best regards,
    Theresa Bradbury

  12. Scott, so sorry you lost your Mom. What a great lady she was! Our thoughts and prayers are with you, your brother and your family. God bless. Travis Bryan III

  13. Had the great privilege of meeting my great Aunt once or twice. What an incredibly engaging woman. My dad adored her and held her in the highest esteem.
