Peggy Jeane Nolan
March 17, 1933 – June 24, 2018

Peggy Jeane Reed Nolan, 85, of College Station, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018 at her home with her loving family by her side. A Life Tribute Service will be at 11am, Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Five Points Baptist Church in Robertson County. Cremation Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers Bryan-College Station.

Peggy was born on March 17, 1933 in Brazos County, TX. She was a member of the Five Points Baptist Church. Peggy loved cooking, quilting, and visiting with all her family and friends. Her gentle and kind character was experienced by all whom she met. Peggy’s ultimate joy were her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton L. Nolan; parents, W.S. (Bud) and Marie Reed; daughter in law, Sandra Nolan, and grandson, Gary Nolan.

Survivors include sons and daughter in laws; Lloyd and Belinda Nolan of Bryan, Larry and Sharon Nolan of Kosse, Leslie and Melissa Nolan of Franklin, and a daughter, Rhonda Nolan of College Station, sisters Louise Gillis of Bryan and Gloria White of Franklin, and forever daughter in law Debbie Nolan of College Station.

Grandchildren, Nathan Nolan, Justin Nolan, Donovan Blair, Kenley Blair, Sarah Nolan, Jerry and Crystal Nolan, Ryan and Lacey Haynie, Zach and Jenny Haynie, Bud Nolan and Kevin McCune, Haylie and Kyle Cortines, Dallas Briles, and Brenna Briles.

In lieu of flowers donations can be given to Hospice Brazos Valley, 502 West 26th Street, Bryan, Texas 77803.

  12. Peggy was special to everyone including me. The days we shared at East Side Elementary in Hearne brings a flurry of wonderful memories. She was dedicated to education as well as all aspects of her life rather it be family, friends, church, and community. To all her children and beloved sister, Gloria, may God wrap his loving arms around you as you mourn her loss.
