Raul Godinez

Raul Godinez, 54, of Bryan, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2010, at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, August 10, at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 7. A Catholic funeral mass is set for 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 11, at Santa Teresa Catholic Church in Bryan. Interment will follow at Bryan City Cemetery.

Raul was born March 11, 1956, to Alfredo and Teresa Godinez in Mexico. He was a beloved father and husband and he worked as an insulator.

Survivors include his wife, Lucy Godinez, of Bryan, Texas; sons and daughter-in-law, Raul Godinez Jr., of Bryan, Texas, Andres and Machelle Godinez, of Bryan, Texas; Daughter and son-in-law, Luciana and Jose Martinez, of Bryan, Texas; brothers, Jesus Godinez, Elias Godinez, Reynaldo Godinez, Santos Godinez, Juan Godinez; sisters, Dora Dominguez, Blanca Ramirez; five step-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
