Raymond Narro, 69, of College Station, passed away Friday October 30, 2015. Visitation will begin at 6:30 pm Monday November 2, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan, with a rosary at 7:30. Funeral Mass will be at 11 am Tuesday November 3, also at St. Joseph, with interment following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Funeral services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.
Raymond was born July 23, 1946 in Bryan, Texas, to Isa and Pola Narro. He has lived in Bryan College Station for most his lifetime. He enjoyed dancing and listening to Tejano music, and especially loved spending time with his brothers and his family.
He was preceded in death by his father; twin sister Lupe Galvan; and niece Susanna Moreno.
Survivors include his sisters and brothers-in-law; Rosa and Cruz Garcia of CA, Rita and Jose Narro of Houston, Irma and Rafael Fernandez of Groesbeck, Molly and Frank Casares, Sara and Anthony Garcia, Donna and Gilbert Ramirez, all of Bryan; brothers and sisters-in-law, Pete Narro, David and Martha Narro, all of Dallas, Benny and Mary Helen Narro of Round Rock, Benson and Janie Narro, Isaac and Mary Jane Narro, George Narro, all of Bryan; daughters and sons-in-law, Olga Avila, Olivia and Efren Trinidad, Norma and Ismael Gallegos of Hildago, Sonica and Ric Rea, Paula Narro, all of Ft. Worth; 26 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; mother, Pola Narro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
