Condolences

  1. I have many fond memories of Bob from our days in Jacinto City and our time together in the Boy Scouts, while Lou and Bob were classmates. We wish his family peace, comfort and joyful memories of Bob.

  2. I first met Bob in 1957 as freshmen in Squadron 17. We were close throughout the four years and lived togetrer with Brian Scales in Houston for one year. We were gromesmen in each others wedding. We lost close contact in the late 60’s but would meet at games and reunions. Although small in stature Bob had a big heart. He will be missed.

After one of our last reunion events, I drove Bob home. I discussed his relationship with the Lord, and base on his reply, I will soon see Bob again.

  3. I was a freshman at Texas A&M College when Mr. Burnside was a senior. We were the same height.
At formation each morning in the quadrangle, Mr. Burnside would holler to me… “Fish Reese are you there?” I could always count on him to “speak” to me; though I was just a freshman. I felt a bond with him that I still hold dear now 59 years later. He was the only one at A&M whose senior boots would fit under his bunk. Very fond memories of a swell guy.
“Fish” Michael Reese, class of 64
