Timothy Douglas Hoosier
August 7, 1952 – June 8, 2015

Timothy Hoosier, 62, of Bryan, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, June 8, 2015 in Bryan. Funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday, June12, 2015 at 10:30am at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. A visitation is scheduled from 6 to 8pm with a Rosary recited at 7:30pm on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at St. Michael’s Academy Chapel, 2402 South College Ave. Interment will follow in Rest Ever Memorial Park. Life Tribute Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.

Timothy was born to William Hoosier and Betty Jensen Hoosier on August 7, 1952. He completed high school and began a career in the oil field. He worked various facets of the industry eventually becoming an owner/operator of his own trucking business. Timothy enjoyed a great meal with family and friends. He truly liked having his family gatherings, hosting various gatherings through the year. Timothy’s grandchildren were his life and he was so grateful to embrace his little angels. He had a strong passion for his semi-trucks.

He is preceded in death by his parents William and Betty Jane Hoosier.

He is survived by his daughter Tammi Pratt and husband Philip Jr.; his brother Terry Hoosier and fiancé Jana Castro; his grand children Dillon Schulz and William Pratt; his aunt Sally Gray and husband Charlie; numerous cousins.

Tammy, I am so sorry about your dad,I am so glad ya’ll got to be together for the last part of his life-there is not much to say at a time like this except God has him now and he will be watching over all of ya’ll and protecting everyone.   2. I am heartbroken to hear of Tim’s passing. He has struggled for a long time with serious health problems and family heartache. Tim was a hard worker all of his life. He was a very loving, giving man who was never appreciated by those who benefited from his generosity. I hope he is finally at peace and reunited with his Mom and Dad. Rest in peace Tim.

  3. Tammy this is Cristell, Im so sorry to hear about your father passing away.. I just read the obituary minutes ago. My Mom and Me are really sad about this. We know Tim is in heaven now, Suffering no more. Tim we miss you and love you: Cristell and Estella.
