Dean Greer, 76, of Bryan, passed away on Tuesday, March 17 in his home in the Smetana community. A graveside memorial service will be held at the conclusion of the Peach Creek Cemetery Annual Meeting at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015 in the Peach Creek Cemetery. He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister Alene Lovell, a brother Norman Greer, a sister Barbara Jean Poorman.

His survivors include his sons Larry and wife Linda Greer of Cleveland, Eugene Greer of Smetana and Shannon Greer of New Caney; daughter Alicia and husband Jason Myers of Crockett; brothers Glen Greer, Sidney and wife Nelda Greer; Kenneth and wife Annette Greer; sisters Audrey Reinier, Lillian Russell, Mildred Wade and Bertha Hall; four grandchildren Lonnie, B.J., Lexi Rose Greer and Caitlyn Myers; two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
